Have him checkout USAjobs.gov. With a lot of government jobs they pay for you to go back to school. Even though he does not yet have a degree he may be able to access these benefits. Government jobs in his field of study are most likely to hire him. Even if its an intern or an adminstrative assistant. Also the admins make bookoo bucks in the private corporations. I work in a private fortune 100 corporation and I have a friend here who never went to college and is making 70,000 a year with benefits.
