question though for the others reading this thread, if she suicided Rodeo and doesn't recieve a bid can she still possibly be snapped bidded by houses who didn't reach quota?

I dont think so. I think she may be only eligible for Rodeo for a bid or COB if they dont make quota(and has not received a bid from them).
I dont know, but she MAY be eligible for COB parties if the other groups she preffed with do not make quota, though I doubt it. HOwever, they usually know who suicides and who doesnt, so if they see she suicided Rodeo, they will think she doenst want to be in their chapter and may not bother with an invitation? Know what I mean?
As it was explained to me though(because I did suicide for Theta on my bid card) If I didnt receive a bid, and they didnt achieve quota or chapter total, then I would be eligible for Theta COB parties but not a snap bid. I happened to get very lucky and get a bid so I didnt have to worry about the rest, but suiciding is very high risk and you have to be aware and be willing to accept the consequences/possible disappointment of doing so, because I would say most of the time it's not always a favorable outcome.
