Honeychile - I'm looking for a pic of the ADPi house (directly across the street from ZTA) but there website is down/nonexistent so I can't find one there. Maybe I'll go snap one for you!

Yeah, one of the Chi Psi's at USC explained it to me... apparently there are some chapters that are so strict about it they call themselves "lodgers." Interesting, though, considering their construction sign had a big "Chi Psi" on it. Their house is definitely ENORMOUS, though. Rumor has it they had so much money from alumni (Chi Psi is the oldest fraternity on campus, believe it or not) that they helped SAE fund their house. I don't know how much of that is true, but it came from a Chi Psi, so I would assume it is.
