Last fall for Move-In day and what not we made door hangers that said "Welcome Back, Hope you have a great semester Love the Sisters of KXA" or something along those lines. We had housing put them on all the doors in dorms, it got our name out there before classes started. I'm from a small campus as well(3000 something full-timers), and they seemed to work well.
