Jules did not post what she did an attempt to be all, "LOOK AT ME! IHE IS STALKING ME! AREN'T I COOL?" She did it as a heads-up to the rest of the GCers who interacted with her, letting them know not to disclose too much information on the board. J. is not talking about a situation where she gave IHE/mullet her phone number or last name or any of that jazz -- as I said before, I don't think any of us, even those who were theoretically "close" to her, talked to her offline -- hell, we only talked to her a few times off GC. But the information is there that for many GCers, given their pictures and the info on this board or in their online journals (GLO, workplace, where they hang out), they wouldn't be too hard to track down. As said above, IHE has done that with GCers before and could easily do it again. I don't think anybody is accusing her of causing physical harm to anyone, but given her apparent mental state I don't think any of us can accurately predict what could happen and it's better for everyone on the board to be informed.

At this point it's hard to say whether or not the police should be involved, and that is a problem that certain GCers are strugging with. If you had no interactions with IHE/mullet, you shouldn't worry your pretty little heads about that decision because it doesn't involve you, and that's not what this thread is about.

Obviously Rudey and I rarely agree but this is one of the cases where I back up his post one hundred percent. For those of you who claim you don't care -- great! Then don't waste your time posting. This was not posted for your benefit; it was posted for the benefit of those who did have interactions with IHE/mullet and deserve to know. Obviously we all need to be careful who we trust on the internet, but AXJules did NOTHING wrong whatsoever in this situation and I'm started to get tired of everybody pointing fingers when she and the other people involved are already going through a really stressful time.
