Actually, Rudey, I was the one who posted the baby picture and you never once asked me to remove it.
Furthermore, as the photo was already posted online (by you) and especially because we didn't allude to the fact that, um, it was you, we didn't understand why it was a problem. I can understand your issues with your name being posted on GC (again, not in the context of "this is Rudey!" -- without your involvement nobody would have linked them to you), but I still don't think you have a valid argument when it comes to linking to a picture that's already online.
