1) This is not an H&A issue. Everyone who is making it into one, please stop -- you sound retarded. The majority of the people who were hurt/freaked out by IHE were not H&A, and the one who was is somebody who I know for a fact has NEVER been mean to anyone on GC.
2) Side note, but to everyone who keeps posting stuff like, "Well, I'd respond but I'm scared that I'll get flamed by the H&A so I'm keeping my mouth shut" -- do you realize how ridiculous that sounds? I don't want to bust out the "it's just the internet" excuse, but really, are you so insecure in your opinion that the fact that you could potentially get flamed for it is going to upset you that much? I've posted stuff on this board where I know for a fact that I'll get slammed by tons of people . . . why should I care that they disagree with my opinion? I know how I feel and that's good enough for me. And seriously, the fact that anybody on this board is intimidated by a handful of mostly 20-something sorority girls who are more concerned with what pink drink they're going to order at the bar tonight, how long the sale at J. Crew is going to last, and how to get RAs to make out with them (LOL) than they are with anything on this board continues to blow my mind.
3) Another side note, but the H&A does not have the power to "run people off the board." If we did, things would look a lot different around here.
People leave because they choose to leave -- yes, their decision may be influenced by the environment on GC but ultimately THEY are the ones who make the decision and to continue to blame the H&A for this is also ridiculous.
4) valkyrie and AXJules originally posted this information because they wanted to be NICE -- they wanted to make sure anybody who had interacted with mullet knew what she was about. Like I said, we thought that the way the original IHE case was handled was unfair and possibly damaging (and made it harder for people to catch her when she came back with a new name because they didn't know what to look out for) -- there were people who were "in the know" and people who weren't, even though some of them deserved to be. We didn't want that to be the case this time because we felt that everyone who had interacted with her should know what was going on. If you don't care, that's fine. Feel free to not post in this thread. But to be MEAN to someone for posting something that she posted to help people, when she is already scared out of her mind because of the lengths IHE has gone to off the board.
