Nancy Wilson's remake of Debarge's "All This Love"
I love and respect Nancy Wilson as one of the most beautiful singers (jazz and all around), but that song wasn't meant to be remade. Besides, the song wasn't meant to be all jazzy. T-Boz didn't do any better when she sang the hook for a song by Da Brat (can't remember the title).
As stated earlier, Prince songs should never be remade either. If he owns the music, why can't he just dictate that imitation is not the sincerest form of flattery for my musical genius?
