I feel terrible for the girl and I am appalled over the treatment that she received by the manager. His actions were totally inexcusable and should have been fired, demoted or sent to sensitivity training. This shows a lack of humanity and human decency!
I would like to see him walk a mile in her shoes. No, one mile is not enough, at least a 1,000 would be the best. That would make him think twice before denying another customer with Crohn's access to the bathroom.
