NEWBIE! Hi! How did your paper go ?

Do NOT take caffeine. There have been numerous studies that show how dangerous caffeine is for your body; plus it does not really work; because once you load up on it, the "effects" stop working in a few hours and you crash and burn...

What has realy helped me is to splash my face with cold water a couple of times. Gets me wide-awake in an instant . And I don't know why, but when I take little naps, I only wake up more tired and groggier than before1 I think it's b/c I want to sleep more So naps might not be too good.

The jumping-jacks thing sounds interesting; I might try that. Oh, also, I heard that if you excercise later at night than usual and you know that you are going to sleep LATE, it will help you. Because usually it's horrible to go to sleep 2 hours after exercise, b/c it only keeps your body awake. so try exercising an hour before you study, it should energize you! HTH, sweetie!
