James, I'm not going to respond to the rest of your post because I think it's friggin' ridiculous, and as I've pointed out, the vast majority of stuff that the "H&A" is accused of has never and will never apply to me.
But I just want to point out that the people who have been most affected by Iowa's bullshit have IN NO WAY DESERVED IT and have NEVER been involved in any of the stuff you mentioned in your post. To even insinuate that they deserved any of it honestly makes me sick to my stomach. You have no clue how much she has affected some people on this board -- no friggin' clue. And yes, that is maybe somewhat their fault -- who can you really trust on the internet, after all? But the fact that she would abuse these people's trust TWICE honestly just makes me ill.
mullet was never really a part of the core H&A -- to be honest, she was the only "member" that I never really talked to; most of us didn't talk to her much off GC -- so I'm not too upset by this . . . I liked her persona, she didn't do anything to hurt me, so mullet/IHE's effect on the board, as you said, to me was pretty nonexistent. It's her effect OFF the board (stalking, etc.) that worries me, and that's why I think this was posted on GC -- this girl is not just your average run-of-the-mill troll. It's quite clear to all of those who have interacted with her that she has mental problems.
Would you have reacted differently if it had been somebody other than the H&A that had "outed" this girl? To be completely honest with you, we anticipated that and contemplated passing the info off to somebody else not associated with us just so we would be taken more seriously, but ultimately figured that was unnecessary as people would just be concerned enough about the news that they wouldn't be swayed by its source. Apparently you managed to prove us wrong and that is an issue . . .
