We do have our share of heavy beers(Sam Adams) but then they may not compare to the Canadian ones. But that doesnt mean some of us dont drink imports too. I'm a fan of Guiness myself which I know is not from the US. *L*
I'm not sure about the war of 1812, but I do know that wouldnt be the case now. Never hear of the toque, chesterfield or the ottoman. *L* Are those ships or animals of some kind?
