Just so you all know:
Student housing is not only a strong segment but a growing segment of the public finance real estate market.
One of the greatest factors, among others, propelling the expansion is....
Greek housing.
In the future expect to see more "Greek village" type housing at universities. If anyone is interested I can nerd you up on this topic but I can see the trend of more villages. Anyway, that's all.
