I know, and that's what's so frustrating. I also really don't want to get into the whole comparision thing like you said either...I just really want to make the best impression possible and am trying to look at every angle. can you tell that I'm recruitment director and recruitment is less than a month away and I'm starting to overthink/stress about every little thing?
