I'd suggest just getting in contact with the President, seeing if she's okay, and ask her if she'd like some help. Maybe she's a bit overwhelmed and with the lull in the summer, it's slipped her mind how close start dates are again.
If anything, maybe she'll give you the reins for Beginning Day to get stuff started!
