I wasn't really a bad child until college when I realized I could get away with talking back... but what comes to mind:

When I was a lot younger, my brother and I would get into arguments and he would swing at me, usually smacking me in the head. Being a conniving child (though not a BAD one), I would cry to mom and dad. For some reason, my brother's punishment was to watch the "Thriller" video, which he was terrified of and I loved to watch. He would cry for days... probably the most screwed up thing my parents EVER did.

My one "naughty child" moment in which I really didn't know better until later... my best friend Marian and I decided to play house in her next door neighbor's camper (I lived across the street). Lucky for us, it was unlocked and they were out of town for the day. So we go in, open up packages of brand new pots, pans, sodas, Gatorades... and a very warm, 20-oz can of Coors Original. Being 4 years old, we don't know the difference between a beer can and a soda can, but this is a BIG soda, so we split it. The whole can. 10 oz. each of warm beer to a couple of 4 year olds. Well, we hear our parents calling our names, frantically searching for us, so we very nonchalantly leave the camper... we're busted of course, so we go to our respective homes for dinner and are told we cannot have a sleepover that night. Well, dinnertime comes around and I'm dozing off into my spaghetti... my parents are wondering what's wrong with me. Our neighbor that owns the trailer comes over... with Marian's mom and the empty can of Coors... busted again. To this day, Marian and I have NEVER lived that story down. Our parents make so much fun of us... I didn't touch another beer until college though. And I STILL hate Coors and Coors Light.
