Britney wedding off?

IT seems pop babe Britney Spears's wedding plans may have gone totally Toxic.

The 22-year-old chart-topper reportedly called off the looming nuptials after a blazing row with her 26-year-old fiance, dancer Kevin Federline.
The couple were taking part in a photo shoot for Britney's new perfume, Curious, when the sexy singer gave her beau a "a verbal lashing" and stunningly declared she did not want to get hitched, reports Britain's Daily Sport.
"Britney tore into Kevin with a fierce verbal lashing and her minders and mum looked on really embarrassed. She said she didn't want to get married," a friend revealed.
According to the tabloid, the tension between the two was so taut the angry blonde had to be prised away from Federline by her family.
"It wasn't until her brother Ryan and mum Lynne intervened and calmed things down that she stopped shouting," the friend said.
Although the wild pair's wedding date has yet to be publicly confirmed it is believed their hearts were set on tying the knot later this month.
News of the photo shoot fall-out, though, is sure to fire up speculation the pair may never make it down the aisle and has already sown seeds of doubt in the minds of Britney's nearest and dearest.
"There's no way a marriage is on the cards if it carries on like this," a friend said.
Britney may indeed be getting cold feet as the prospect of becoming a stepmother to her beau's two children becomes an approaching reality.
Federline became a father for the second time last month after his former partner, Shar Jackson, gave birth to a young boy.
The singer may even be trying to send out thinly disguised signals to those around her with her choice for her next single, My Prerogative, a version of the 1988 Bobby Brown hit.
It was thought Britney chose the song, which is about having the freedom to make independent choices, as a defiant stab at those who disagree with her plan to marry Federline.
But following Britney's blow up it seems the singer may be directing her musical message of protest at her man instead.
