Toronto - Longshot.
Sao Paulo and Rio - Longshot. Outside of the main streets is crippling poverty and rampant crime.
Leipzig - Longshot. Still recovering from 40 years of communism.
Havana - Has already hosted the Pan American Games; however the Cuban exile community in Miami is a very powerful voice to be reckoned with... I wouldn't be surprised if they call for a boycott of the U.S. team if Havana ever gets an Olympics while Fidel is in power. [/B]

Given that list, I'd love to see it in North America. Toronto is really a great city and I know the olympics there would be a great experience.
But nothing up there could touch New York.
