I know there are others (opening acts etc) that I can't remember at the moment.
My dad was a truck driver who hauled band equipment. The first 6 I listed were because of him. He also was on tour with U2 during their Joshua Tree tour and Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation tour. I wish I could have seen both of those!
