Congrats... this is an awsome time to become an Advisor for any chapter/colony of DPhiE. Having gone through the colony program and now being a chapter, the one thing I would recommend is to be there as much as you can. Also, be sure that eventhough you are sisters, you still have to uphold International Policy. Dont let the line between the two positions become blurred. And finally, let the girls now that they can come to you with any situation and that they should not be afraid of you...Because you really do care.
It is wonderful to see sisters being so active after graduation, it takes a very special person to do what you are doing... Thank you for caring so much.
