I workout 3-4 times a week.

I do cardio 3x a week for 30-45 minutes on the elliptical (sp?) machine. This machine is no joke.

I also take a weightlifting class 2x a week, Kwando once a week and a hi-low aerobics class once a week.


I've taken yoga before and it is a great workout.
