How many times a week do you do yoga?
Well I have just really gotten into it myself the last few weeks to a month but I am already addicted to it. I do Denise Austin 4-5 times a week before I go to work and like I said she finishes with yoga. I just bought my first whole yoga tape but I haven't used it yet. I don't know if there are different types of yoga, being new to it and all, but there are positions like warrior, sun salutations, plank, strethcing at certain angles, etc. and they all make my legs, arms and abs burn. When you do moves like these and concentrate on the muscles, you can feel them working. Also, you breathe in and out your nose and keep your abs tight which is harder than breathing in the nose and out the mouth. I was just reading on a website today that a 79 year old woman teaches a yoga class and is very flexible, strong, and healthy. If you're able to watch Lifetime, then I would suggest just try one 1/2 hour workout with Denise Austin (7 and 7:30am Eastern). Do the whole workout and then finish with the yoga portion and tell me what you think. She mostly uses the yoga at the end of the first 1/2 hour but sometimes at the end of both 1/2 hours.
