hey dc1, do you find you have less energy for the weights after you were on the treadmill?

Actually quite the opposite... the half hour on the treadmill serves as my warm up to the exercise. The half hour after my workout serves as my cooldown.
I've timed my workout to where the first quarter of weights is upper, giving my legs time to rest after the run.
I time it like this:
Run
Upper Body
Lower Body
Upper Body
Lower Body
Upper Body
Run
