Gym 3X per week..
30min cardio (usually treadmill)
1.5+hrs weights (depends on crowds)
30min cardio (again, usually treadmill)
On alternating days I mtn bike (year round bikable weather in AZ) for about 3 hrs or climb at the indoor rock gym.
In summer I swim pretty much every day. Hike on Saturdays (if I'm not biking)...
sigmagrrl - you sound like you enjoy being active like me. At 25 I have never been healthier, happier, and more rounded!!! Who says getting older sucks?
