Right now, I work out 6 times a week. 45-55 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes strength training. Starting next week, I am adding water walking and aqua-cise. The week after that, I am adding a tennis class. So, right now, I am an exercise fanatic. I do it because I am 1) proud of myself when I am done 2) have never felt better about myself and 3) my chronic fatigue and depression are gone! I have some fitness goals for the year, including being able to FINALLY hold up my end of a tennis rally and to qualify for my local Masters Swim Team. I am not a runner, but would love to try a 5K run with the next 2 years.

I take 9-12 vitamins a day, compounded for greater absorbtion, eat what I want in healthy portions, and laugh a LOT! It all contributes to me being happier at 26 than I ever have been and getting happier and more full of self-love everyday!
