Post Fitness/Routine

Physical fitness,
anyone want to share their routines for keeping your desired body fat %?

For my routine, I hit the gym on average 2/3 times a week. For cardio, I alternate between jogging or using my stationery bike on a daily basis. I take a supplement called hyper cuts on the cardio but don't take anything for the weights.

If anyone has any great workout routines, let's hear it
