I think I would go somewhere warm and sunny like the Caribbean or Hawaii. I know that doesn't sound very original or extravagant, but I have never been to a place like that. I would want to go for at least two weeks and stay in the nicest hotel or resort possible. I'd drink yummy drinks by the pool and beach, spend a day at the spa, go snorkling and parasailing (isn't that where you're behind a boat?). I'd also eats tons of yummy food. The rest of the time I'd spend lounging in the sun and catching up on reading.
