DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN GET THE STUPID PDA TO CONNECT TO THE WEB THROUGH THE CELL PHONE???

I have a Gomadic cable and tried the Verizon, Dell and Gomdic webite instructions but they didn't work.
