So I've been talking to some of my newly employed friends and sisters, and we were thinking of renting a house in the Hamptons or at the Jersey Shore NEXT summer. I've never done anything like this before so I am welcoming any advice anyone has in this area in terms of cost, realtors, pros/cons, how many people to involve, etc., etc., etc. I'd like to do it for the entire summer season.
