Our first matter on calendar today is In the Matter of Fun on Greekchat. Petitioners have brought a Motion for an Unbiased Moderator in the Rush Forum.
Based on the papers filed with this Court, no oral argument is necessary in this matter. The Court hereby finds that there has been biased deletion of posts and threads that are a violation of the procedures followed by Moderators of Greekchat. The Court hereby orders that the unnecessary deletions and the blatant hypocrisy of the offending moderators cease.
The parties have 10 days to file any Motions for Reconsideration.
