Yeah, I did see that the Chi-O's were experiencing renovations as well. I'd imagine that like our home, the majority of the "original" houses are in need of some updating. Although I'm tremendously pleased with what we are doing, we would have been able to do much more had we not had to spend so much last year to fix the foundation!
I'm tremendously curious to know if and where the Gamma Phi's are planning to build. I'd also wondered if they weren't plotting to buy-out one of the men's org's from the row. I'll be interested to find out.
