The secret ingredient in "sliders" is liver pate...steamed with onions.
It is an acquired taste. When I was a kid, the first place we would go when visiting my grandparents was White Castle
, cause they were only available near my parents hometown.
Last time I visited my parents, my dad took the boys to WC and my youngest son is hooked!
