Ultra just isnt for crackheads. There are many people who go there that arent on drugs....just as there are people who do drugs. If you want a crack fest...have you ever been to one of the Zen Festivals? I think you call Ultra a crackfest because you probably dont remember much from when you were there and all cracked out.
As for Chicago...I put it like this. Chicago invented EDM, it was made globally known in the UK and Germany and then perfected in Florida.
