Thanks everyone, I had a wonderful day!
Heh, my boyfriend totally rocks, he told me for a whole week that work was stupid and scheduled him to work on my birthday because he "forgot" to ask off when in reality, he really had and was planning on surprising me. He showed up while I was at class from 8am-9:45am... went up to my room, locked the door again behind him, and when I came back from class there he was standing in the middle of my room with my birthday cake! PLUS, he even took off the following day (today) so that he could spend the night and be with me longer. We don't get to see each other much since he lives an hour and a half away... though it took him over 2 hours to drive here, he left at 6:15am and didn't get in the general around til 8ish... picked up my cake and gifts and was here around 9... all while I had no idea he was doing this and thought he was going to work!
So yeah, I had an awesome birthday yesterday, and upon checking the threads, was very happy to see you girls all wished me a happy birthday too ^_^. I can't wait for the school year to start back up so all my sisters are back on campus again!
Oh and one more cool note- I girl I lost touch with 3 years ago because she moved and wasn't allowed to contact friends from back home, managed to find my email and send me an email ON my birthday yesterday. It really was an amazing day yesterday, heh. Minus the having to go to 2 classes, one of which I had a final in, the other I had to hand a paper re-write in.... but that all seemed like nothing after all the good stuff that happened!
