Mornin'! I just double checked the school website, and basically it says that no student organization can haze.

If an administrator happens to see a individual student walking around with a black peacoat and yellow gloves or not speaking to anyone around them, there's really nothing they can say or do. It's the student's choice and the university can't infringe on how a student dresses or who they speak to.

Now I am sure if there was imminent danger to the student, the university would have a responsibility to step in. But in my chats with administrators from years ago, they definitely didn't like it, but they knew they couldn't do anything.
