I think that you should contact your National headquarters and find out if you are qualified. Even though this is not your chapter, they might have a rule about an advisor's age or length of time out of college.

When my pledge sister went to graduate school where we had a chapter, National informed her that she had to be an alumna for two years before she could be an advisor. She was told that she could help them out in other ways. This was quite a few years ago so the policy might be different now.

I'm not really sure if the sisters would have a problem being told what to do by someone who is 23.
