Why not just get an eyeliner pencil, or skip the eyeliner and mascara altogether? If you don't want to buy a pencil for just one occasion, maybe you can borrow from one of your sisters.
If you do decide to use liquid eyeliner, test it before pref. Put some on, practice your part so that you're crying
or just splash a lot of water on your face, and see what happens. You don't want to find out the hard way at pref that your "waterproof" eyeliner... wasn't.
