PF is a great area. Mr. Silver and I hang out there often. Dollywood is truly fun. As for dinner, there is an AMAZING B&B that offers a 4-course dinner for around $28 per person. PLEASE PM me if you want details. Mr. Silver and I like the Go-Kart track and enjoy the Outlets. There are two antique malls near the interstate that are definite "do not miss."
