To answer your questions Penny... yes the job is HR related. I would be an Assistant to the Vice President of Recruitment and Selection for a large national nonprofit.
I do have to email her the project plan at least 2 hours before the interview tomorrow, so I know she'll see it - I'm busy still trying to perfect it and iron out any possible problems!
