I think it depends on experience. In regards to sex and sleeping over, I would recommend that someone who hasn't been in a serious *adult* relationship take things slower than they would like, just so they don't rush into physical intimacy, and confuse sex with love. Once you have a little more experience under your belt, you can probably move faster. At least, that's how it's worked with me.
Labels? Have always come naturally. Sometimes I've had the "State of the Relationship" address, sometimes no.
Parents? I guess in college, sometimes you have the option of meeting parents a little earlier, since parents come to visit, and most kids don't live too far from where they go to school. It seems to depend on how much pressure your families put on you...some like meeting casual relationship-mates, others assume that every person you bring home is the One.
