Hey Zetas,
I to go to a small college in West Virginia.(Bethany College) My Zeta Chapter (Theta)has a total of 80 girls. Which as of now is the largest on campus.We seem to sweep during formal recruitment and get over quota. This past year we got 27 awesome girls. We only have 2 other sororitys Phi Mu and Alpha Xi Delta. We do have a house as do the other sororities. My chapter is close and we have a lot of fun but sometimes we get a little divided. But when you have 80 girls trying to conduct chapter meetings or plan stuff there is always going to be problems.
We only do formal recruitment in the Spring which really in the long run works out because we get to know the girls better and we don't have that stress of coming back from summer break and rushing into formal recruitment. We do have fun CROWN partys in the fall and seem to leave an impression on the freshman women.
I am in charge of recruitment this year and I am always looking for new ideas for CROWN partys!
