Greekchat moderators should be able to get her IP address, which would be a stepping stone to taking care of this, especially if she posted at work (apparently a university). Then you could have your nationals contact the school, and they can check out stuff from there.

I know they can do something if they have the IP address, I got some harassing emails once at school, and the person I talked to told me that they could pinpoint the exact computer and as I knew the time sent, they could find out who was on it at that time (due to logs, or who works at that computer, etc.) I didn't end up pursuing it as the person stopped sending the emails, but if Greekchat can get their IP that could be the start of the end for this chick, depending on how much work you want to put into her getting her just desserts.

Unfortunately, she hasn't actually violated the TOS, so I am not sure that John can go giving out her IP.
