My former mentor is this obnoxious jerk who thinks he is better than everyone. He also claims to be Christian even though he is anything but, and that also drives me nuts because I'm Christian and he makes Christians look bad. He wants so badly to be a manager so he can tell people what to do and he's trying to build his own little "empire" in the area that he moved to, because he got kicked out of where the rest of us worked! He also admits that he doesn't respect women in the workplace, and he's told me that I should be popping out kids instead of working. When I pointed out that I wasn't married, he told me there was no reason why my boyfriend who is still in college shouldn't be proposing to me.
And the new girl we just hired is stuck up and is always on the friggin phone taking personal calls. I don't know who the hell she's talking to, since she doesn't know anyone down here. She likes to tell us how much money she (read: her family) has. She claims that the dress code here (pants and no open-toed shoes) are cramping her style.
