The role of chapter advisor is definitely a rewarding position. I am not sure if she was ever an "official" advisor for us, but that did not stop her from making visits. Her workshops with us were always memorable (I have to guess who I am only answering to yes and no questions). She always assured us that hqtrs did not hate us for stupid mistakes and gave us hope for true sisterhood.

So, an advisor who was previously DPhiE and who already knows what it is like is one of the best around.
