Ditto with the deoderant,body spray, and breath strips. There are no worse turn offs than that. To me, carrying those things are more important than bringing excessive make-up and perfume. When I was in school as an active, we had to pop a breath mint into our mouth before EVERY party. By the end of the day, we were sick of them!!
Please go light and simple on the make-up. You are not going to a club, and by the end of the day in the heat it will look messy.
And this may sound strange, but it really works: putting body powder between your thighs to avoid moisture.
