I think that to an extent - albeit a small one - Blair and Todd do care, but I understand that their children come first. It makes sense that Blair is very angry at Kelly for saying she slept with her husband and that he fathered her child, and it made it more real when Starr approached her about having another brother. And as far as Todd goes, he did keep her secret for a lot longer than I thought he would. (Didn't Kelly hit Blair with her car when Blair was pregnant a long time ago?)
Ugh, Natalie and Paul are stupid, and her character is so annoying lately. Having her always on the fringe of her Buchanan family may add to her character sometimes, but I really don't believe she'd be treating Viki this way a mere few weeks after her heart transplant.
