At our school, they are active on the NPHC council, not the unversity IFC. I understand they are NIC, too, and thanks again for clarifying.
My only point was that as an NPHC at UCF though, they're a little better at spreading positive PR and keeping the negative under wraps. Which is why no one local has really heard anything. I hope they'll be able to settle this one amicably with Hef!
