UCF publishes one. It includes a page on each GLO at the university, and some of it's history and traditions, as well as a few photos of the group. There are also a few pages devoted to Greek Life in general at the university, explaining its purpose, member testimonials, statistics, etc. There are also pages which explain the recruitment process, dates, and what to wear. The recruitment exec and the recruitment counselors work with local businesses to sponsor the book, and it is mailed to incoming freshmen and given to everyone going through recruitment. Some things may have changed since "my days" as a student, but I have always been pretty impressed with it. I am sure if you contacted the university office of Greek Affairs, they would send you a copy for reference.
