To join Lambda Chi Alph as anything but an undergraduate, you must be working with the house at that school. We have intiated 3 members as honory (but still Brothers) for the work that they have contributed to the house. Mostly as as an advisor from the facualty. If someone works with the house and cares enough to be with us, we can at our descrection intiate them into the bond of Brotherhood.
