Here in NY we use an electronic ballot. You push a button, can correct mistakes and only submit it when you are ready. Simple, efficient, accurate.
I didn't even KNOW that other parts of the county didn't use the machines. We've had them all my life! Those places need to get up to speed! We're in a technological world!
